for me, personaly, when I’m reading, regardless of genre, I prefer to read third person; usually if I start reading a book and it’s in first person, than I don’t get past the second chapter. I’m not sure entirly why, but for whatever resean, I just get bored to death when reading: “I did this today” “I fell in love with so and so” “We did that” I guess you can say I just get bored with reading about me, myself, and I. This is not always the case… some first person is written pretty good, but for the most part I stick with third person books.
